We had a very nice stay here - staff seemed really helpful and nice overall (upon request we got some phone chargers and they keep a few adapters as well). Our room was comfortable (if a little small, although I understand this is common in Tokyo) and located in a convenient spot to get around, the metro entrance is literally around the corner. There are convenience stores/some restaurants in the area as well. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but hands out 1 bottle of water every day and has a free coffee machine in the lobby (plus some free bread/pastries in the morning). Overall, the room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Excellent hotel and very close to the Imperial Gardens and more importantly Hanzomon Subway station and the vast network so easy to get from their around the city, especially the lively Shibuya area. Very clean and tidy hotel. Our room was small but fine as all we wanted was somewhere comfortable to shower, change and sleep. If you are in Toyko and need to spend time in your hotel room, you are in the wrong city! Staff very helpful even through limited English and Japanese! Complimentary coffee and teas all day in reception plus simple bread and pastries in the mornings.

- very close to the metro (Hanzomon line) - staff let me check in an hour early - room was on the smaller side, but not cramped, it looked modern and stylish - free nightwear, toothbrush, hairbrush, razor - new towels hanging on the door every day - friendly housekeeping and front desk staff - free coffee and breakfast baggy with treats - fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby - very quiet location and soundproof room - konbini, bars and restaurants nearby - comfy beds, pillows and blanket (not too hard like a lot of other hotels in Japan)

Hotel is in a solid location relating to the city layout and on a perfect one relating to the nearest metro (1min walk to metro station that goes directly to Shibuya). There are nice Izakayas near the hotel and also Family mart is practically in the hotel (next door), so all this makes the stay very convenient. Rooms are small, but very functional. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. Beds and pillows are 10/10 comfortable and the provided pajamas are an extra bonus.

Location was less than 100 feet away from the Hanzomon line exit. A Lawson and Family Mart conveniently around the corner from the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was a variety of bread and tea (perfect for a cold winter morning). Room size was expected for Tokyo, which suited our needs as we had brought a backpack and an empty duffel bag for gifts that ended up being filled before the middle of the week. My boyfriend and I would definitely return.
